THE RENTAL GIRL 2016 ANNUAL REPORT

2016 was a big year for The Rental Girl, full of growth, expansion, and a whole lotta fun—so we thought we’d create a fun infographic to share our exciting 2016 Year in Review. Here’s a letter from our Founder, Liz McDonald:

 “What a jammed packed year of fun we had in 2016. We had a lot to celebrate. And if you know the sales and leasing agents at The Rental Girl, you know that we do not skip an opportunity to have fun! For starters, 2016 was our 12th year in business. 12 years ago I started The Rental Girl from my home office with one agent (myself), and a $600 website built by a friend. This year, we celebrated our growth: 7 new leasing agents and 6 new sales agents, the opening of our South Pasadena office, and the procurement of our 3rd office in Highland Park (grand opening March 2017). Our website, with now over half a million dollars invested in web and software development, produces on average 45,000 unique visitors per month. For a decade, our brand has been well established as the premier leasing agency in Los Angeles. This year, we pushed our brand to the next level, opening our doors to sales. We celebrated every time we helped a landlord client add a property to their portfolio, or hand the keys of a home to a renter-turned-homeowner.

Branding and marketing have always been at the forefront of our work, and the driver of our success. This year, we celebrated the creation of our marketing team: new to the team is full-time Graphic Designer, Brittany and Creative Director, Madilynn. Together with our Social Media guru Parisa, we now provide full marketing support for our agents so our agents can focus 100% on what they do best—serving you.

At the heart of all this celebration, however, is you. With over 70% of our clients classified as repeats or referrals, we do not take you for granted. That’s why in 2017 we’re going to turn our focus on our clients and celebrate you. We are here for you. Our goal is to continue to be your #1 resource for all things real estate. Whether it’s from our monthly mailers, our blog, a phone call or email, we hope you’ll continue to rely on us for all your real estate needs. We also want to see more of you. We’ll be hosting monthly parties and events at our Highland Park property/office. Stop by for food and a drink and have a good time.
