Los Angeles Architect David Chong of Blend Design Studios spoke to The Rental Girl Sales and Leasing agents last year about California’s new laws regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), or “Granny Flats.” It was such a great talk, we asked him to come back in December and present this information to our clients. To our surprise, over 100 people showed up, so we had no choice but to supply the demand another opportunity to hear all about it!

I was out of town for your last Garage Conversion workshop. Any plans for another one? I have a HUUUUGE garage with an adjacent water line but no sewer hook up. Approach to sewer line is under cement driveway. Hmmm.
