These Are a Few of My Favorite Things: West Hollywood

You go. She go. We all go… to WeHo! Well, you should go if you like any of the following: clothes, hats, flowers, or tequila. But besides being serious fun, WeHo is a surprisingly live-able LA neighborhood. We asked The Rental Girl’s local leasing expert Lindsay – who specializes in finding killer West Hollywood apartments to rent  – to name a few of her favorite things about WeHo:

  1. El Carmen Tequila and Taco Bar. OK, if you like tequila, this is the place to come to. Behind the bright red façade and a deep red curtain is a small dark room with a long bar. They’ve got great food and a cool, sexy, luchador vibe.
  2. Fred Segal. LOVE this place. It’s shopping heaven. If you need a little style help, like me, these are the folks to set you right. (Also in Santa Monica)
  3. Moe’s Flowers. This is where I get all of my holiday arrangements for a sweet penny. No, they’re not cheap, but they have a great assortment of flowery things and they always help me put together really unique arrangements that I can afford.
  4. Goorin Bros. Hat Shop. I love the hat selection here, and spend many an afternoon donning new looks. Get in on a weekend, and you might be treated to a splash of bourbon. Yum.

When moving from out of town, it can be very difficult trying to decide which neighborhood in Los Angeles to move to. “These Are a Few of My Favorite Things” is one series of blog posts brought to you by leasing agents at The Rental Girl to help educate you on the variety of colorful neighborhoods Los Angeles has to offer.
