Not to mention right next door to Tacos Tu Madre. You will now be super close to shops, boutiques, spas, cafés, Los Feliz theater, The Alcove Café, Sunset Blvd, AND so much more! 

This totally sweet 1 bedroom, plus a bonus room but we will get to that soon, boasts a brightly lit space with a formal living room, fully equipped kitchen, and back exit to your semi-private patio! One side is available to the complex, while the patio side closest to you is all yours to enjoy! With lots of space, sunlight, and fruit trees (ahem-avocado tree and lemon tree!), this patio is the perfect place to enjoy summer night get-togethers, a barbeque, or more. There’s plenty of room for a 6-top table, free-standing hammock, and more!

Back inside, the one bedroom is a great size to turn into your nighttime oasis with a closet just outside the room and a bathroom nearby. The bathroom is petite but features a standing shower and a few storage solutions for you to maximize! Now to our favorite part, the bonus room! Use this as a spare room, office, or even walk-in closet if you so desire. There are no limitations with the unit! Bonus, there is one AC unit provided, exterior storage options, as well as one parking space on-site included. Please note there is no laundry on-site but facilities nearby and services such as Rinse!
