This dreamy furnished rental, situated on a picture-perfect street in Los Feliz, takes us back in time thanks to its 1930's streamline moderne architecture. Distinguished by its curved figure and international art deco features, 4241 Newdale is the jazziest home on the street! 

Fabulously furnished and stylishly designed, this space will be an incredible short term getaway. As you enter you are greeted with the soft and muted palette throughout. The warm hardwood flooring adds a touch of comfort and the European influenced furnishings tie it all together. Parisian loft vibes, am I right? Once inside, the living area can be found on your right-hand side. The custom sectional fits snug and offers views of the mounted television and fireplace. Did we mention all utilities included during your short stay, amazing! The curved windows on each end let light twinkle in and illuminate every inch of the room. On the opposite corner of the home is the dining room where you will find a marble circle dining table - large enough to fit six people, blush window treatments, and easy access to the kitchen.

Swing on in to the kitchen, quite literally, through your double swinging door with a handy circle window to avoid any crashes! Our fave renovation, it's like something out of Architectural Digest, this kitchen is both uniquely beautiful and incredibly functional. With an integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, and stainless steel gas range stove, you will feel like a top chef in your own home. We are also loving the custom wood slatted kitchen island, retro backsplash, and the polished copper fixtures/finishes. As if the kitchen wasn't amazing enough, there is even an eat-in area with bench seating. It's giving us major Polo Lounge feels.

Also, located downstairs is the laundry area, guest bedroom with en-suite retro bath, entry foyer with a half bath, and then another guest room/playroom with an updated en-suite bathroom. Saving the best for last though, through the french doors of the eat-in kitchen nook, escape to the backyard where lush grass, views, and breezy hangs await. On the first floor of the terraced yard, we have fluffy grass. Heading up the steps, at the top you will find a quaint landing strip with some chairs to soak sit back and soak it all in. Looking for a place to nurture your green thumb? At the top of your multi-level outdoor retreat, you'll find planter boxes waiting to flourish as well!

Back inside, on the second floor, you'll find your third bedroom and master suite. The third bedroom is currently set up as a nursery, but if not needed some items can be moved to storage during your stay. The master bedroom is spacious, bright, and a relaxing oasis to turn down at the end of a long day. There are three sets of closets, one even being a walk-in, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, separate tub, wooden vanity, and minty terrazzo tile all around, and access to your rooftop deck.  

Needing a space to escape for some fresh air? Look no further than the gorgeous rooftop deck that is accessible from the second floor and master bedroom. The matte white finishes and patio furniture give off a resort-like experience that we can already imagine spending a cool Saturday evening at. Pop open the Summer Water and watch the sunset for the perfect nightcap. Feel at ease knowing you've found the perfect short term retreat.
