The love of real estate is in Juliana’s blood. Calling a real estate developer “Dad” gave her more than a little inspo for a future in sales and design. Where some girls play with dollies, she and her twin played real estate. All grown up, she earned a BA in Business, worked for the fam building and renovating homes throughout Southern California, then moved from the San Gabriel Valley to Highland Park, where roots run deep. This is where her abuelo (also a developer) had come when he immigrated to the States—it was the ideal location to build a life. Here, she founded Stage2, a home staging and design firm that she co-ran with her twin. A Highland Park agent since 2012, Juliana’s right at home among the erupting design scene there. Walking her pup Oliver, her warmth and authenticity attracts new friends in this small town pocket of LA. An agent who models her ideology, Juliana says to “work hard, be kind and surround yourself with good people.”
