    We're a boutique real estate company with a specialized focus on the LA rental market. Our leasing agents are licensed professionals who live in and work across LA's diverse neighborhoods. Each agent curates and represents their own portfolio of listings, giving renters access to local insight and exclusive homes that aren't always available on large listing platforms.     Whether you're a seasoned local or new to the city, our agents are here to help guide you through the rental process with care and clarity.

    I Don't See Anything I Like on the Website. Can You Still Help?

    Yes! If you're looking for a more personalized experience, our Concierge Leasing Team offers a paid, full-service option to help you find and secure your next rental. We'll work with you to narrow down neighborhoods, source listings, schedule showings, preview homes, and even prepare your application. It's perfect for renters who are busy, relocating, or want expert guidance from start to finish.

    Standard TRG listings are available to tour at no cost, and you can always start by joining our free VIP List to be alerted to new inventory.

    I'm Not Sure Which Area I Want to Move To. Can One Agent Help Me Search All of LA?

    Each of our TRG leasing agents is a licensed neighborhood specialist who covers a specific area of Los Angeles. Because our agents only represent listings within their designated zones, you'll need to connect with the agent who oversees the neighborhood you're interested in. If you're considering multiple areas, we recommend browsing our site by neighborhood to view available listings and find the right contact for each one.

    I'm Moving to LA From Another City/State—Help!

    Relocating to LA can feel overwhelming, but we've got you. We recommend starting with a short-term rental so you can explore the city in person. Once you're here, we can help you narrow down neighborhoods and find something long-term that truly suits your lifestyle. And if you're working on a tighter timeline, our Concierge Team can help facilitate remote tours and guide you through the rental process from afar.

  3. Do You Have Questions About a Current Listing or Want to Schedule a Viewing?

    Each listing page has all the key info you need—features, disclosures, video tours, and images. If you still have questions or want to book a tour, feel free to email or call the listing agent directly. Showings are typically scheduled a few days in advance during business hours. We're closed Sundays, evenings, and major holidays, but we always aim to return messages within 1 business day.
