This 1920s Spanish Revival has been painstakingly reimagined by our favorite Better Shelter Homes. This unfurnished or furnished Spanish has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a terrace with a view, and a killer custom-built treehouse with a view of NELA ideal for sunrise/sunset yoga or a dreamy meditation room. 

With hardwood floors throughout, arched doorways, Carrera marble, and the vibes of all our moody-boho dreams, this house is a true delight! As you enter the house, you are immediately drawn in by its aesthetic details - the foyer is lined with books and views of the living and dining room.

The south-facing living room has a restored original brick gas burning fireplace, which being decorative, may not provide physical heat, but it sure adds figurative warmth to the room! The home sits elevated from the street allowing you to enjoy views of NELA, sunrises on the east, and sunsets to the west. Off the living room is the dining room, with an overview of the foyer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs if you'd like to rent the home fully furnished!
