Built in 2006, the same year The Devil Wears Prada first strutted into our lives, 23114 Mariano Drive feels especially on brand now that Miranda Priestly is making her return: polished, dramatic, and very aware of the power of a good entrance.

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 4,120 square feet, fully gated all the way around, and ready for someone who likes space, privacy, and a house that knows how to make an entrance.

And the entrance? She’s got height, light, and a little bit of attitude. You step into a formal living area with soaring ceilings, big windows, and a glass-railed staircase that immediately makes the whole space feel open, airy, and just dramatic enough. It is the kind of foyer that can handle a proper hello, a holiday party, or one very casual walk downstairs that somehow feels like an entrance.

The main living room is where the home really stretches out. It is huge, faces the backyard, has a fireplace, and flows right into the kitchen, which means no one is banished to another room while snacks, drinks, dinner, or unsolicited life updates are happening.
