We recently shared a drool-worthy Apartment Therapy House Tour of our TRG agent Alison Gilbert‘s Mt. Washington home (click here if you missed it!). Now, one of The Rental Girl‘s Pasadena rental properties has also been featured in Apartment Therapy and we’re all goo goo eyes over the space. In just 6 months, our talented client Jenn Emerling turned her Pasadena Back House into a whimsically colorful dream pad! Jenn is a visual storyteller specializing in travel, wedding, and editorial photography, and describes her home style as “a mix of Californian contemporary, meets tokens from my world travels, meets flea market finds.” Every single item is so unique, colorful and quirky in this cozy, 650 square foot back house. Jenn uses the KonMari de-cluttering method in her home to stay organized and only keep items that “spark joy”. From the pictures alone, you can feel the joy resonate in every room.
