SO HAPPY WE COULD SWING! MAKING HOMEBUYER DREAMS COME TRUE

Heather D.Orozco of The Rental Girl Sales team just scored the perfect home for her buyer Niko, tree swing included! Ever wondered how the home-buying process works? We sat down with Heather to hear the story of this darling Glendale home purchase:

I just closed on this darling Glenoaks Canyon Spanish, representing the buyer, Niko. He wanted a private character home on a leafy street, big enough to house an impressive master bedroom, a music studio, and a guest room for friends and family but small enough to easily manage. The ideal home would have original details intact with some kitchen and bath upgrades and a large flat enclosed unpaved backyard for his 2 very energetic dogs to run around and play. We searched high and low for weeks, seeing every home in a 15-mile radius but none that hit all the marks. We found small homes on big lots, big homes on small lots, character homes with a little too much character, bad neighbors, weird smells, tear-downs, fixers, flips, and everything in between.

I reached out to some fellow Realtors to see if anyone had any listings “coming soon” that could fit the bill and this one sounded like the perfect match. I was able to pull some strings and get Niko in to see it a few days before it was scheduled to hit the market. He fell in love with it and made an offer that afternoon, the sellers accepted & we were able to close in less than 30 days.
