Both Curbed L.A. and Eastsider L.A. are reporting on this phenomenon: Silver Lake homes selling for over $1 million have risen at a rather insane rate this year. According to Eastsider, over three dozen homes have sold for, at, or above the $1 million mark. And many for over the asking price. Check out the articles below.
